Star 860MA Description
With an adaptable countertop design, the Star 860MA Ultra-Max® gas griddle features independent temperature controls for each 12-inch section, ensuring high heat distribution for even cooking results. The 1-inch-thick cooking surface prevents the griddle from warping over time for long-term, high-quality grilling. With a temperature range between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit, a variety of foods can be cooked in several different ways, such as thorough grilling and reheating before plating.
To prevent hot oil and grease from spilling over the sides, rear and side splash guards surround the Star 860MA Ultra-Max® gas griddle. Two drawers collect the grease, and users can easily remove the drawers for safe dumping and cleaning. The stainless steel unit can endure chips and scratches and is corrosion resistant for humid environments. Its four legs can be adjusted to a minimum of 1 3⁄8 inches and a maximum of 4 inches for versatility.
