For easier cleaning and a reduction in grease on the grill surface Star's 36-inch griddle features a spatula wide 3-1/2 in. front grease trough. The large 6-quart stainless steel grease drawer saves you time by holding a large volume of grease so that you don't have to change it as frequently. This LP griddle also comes with 4 heavy-duty adjustable legs to fit your counter top's line up requirements.
