Star 824TA Description
A burner is located every 12 inches on the Star 824TA Ultra-Max® griddle for proper heat distribution. To maintain a set temperature between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit, each section has a sensor that is controlled by a snap-action thermostat.
The stainless steel exterior eases cleaning, and the welded steel frame provides structural strength. Since the griddle plate is 1 inch thick, it has durability to withstand warping as it repeatedly heats up and cools down. To simplify the cleaning process, the side and rear splash guards contain messes to the Star 824TA griddle cooktop, while debris and grease are sent to a trough. The griddle is raised to a comfortable working height with by 4-inch, adjustable stainless steel legs.
