Star 760TA Description
The Star 760TA Ultra-Max® griddle is durable with a stainless steel base and 1-inch-thick, polished steel plate. Because the plate is so thick, it retains heat better than thinner, more economical plates, it does take longer to heat up. Spaced every 12 inches across the surface, the heating elements are controlled by the five corresponding knobs. The element produces heat ranging from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Snap-action thermostats are embedded in the griddle plate to ensure heating is accurate and consistent across the 60-inch cooking surface.
The rear and sides of the Star 760TA electric griddle are fitted with splash guards to help prevent splatter, while a 6-quart grease drawer catches scrapings from the cooking surface. The compact design makes the unit ideal for countertop use, and it measures 60 inches wide by 33 3⁄5 inches deep by 18 inches high.
