Star 648TCHSF Description
The Star 648TCHSF Star-Max® gas griddle is designed for heavy-duty commercial use, providing a spacious 48-inch-wide cooking surface with a 1-inch-thick chrome griddle plate. The griddle is built with heavy-duty chrome-plated cast zinc knobs, a stainless steel wrap-around splash guard, and a large front grease trough for simplified cleanup. A welded steel frame with a stainless steel front enhances durability, while four adjustable legs provide stability. Engineered for precision, it features embedded modulating thermostats every 12 inches, allowing accurate temperature adjustments between 150 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit. With a total output of 113,200 BTU, this unit is built to handle high-volume cooking demands efficiently.
