Pick up the Star Manufacturing Star-Max® griddle for yourself and see what all the 'hype' is about! This gas-powered griddle is made to work on your counter top, thus saving space in your restaurant kitchen for other pieces of equipment, and has overall dimensions of 24 in. L x 27-3/4 in. D x 15-1/2 in. H. The entire griddle is constructed from aluminum steel and comes with a 1 inch thick steel griddle plate and thermostat controls every 12 inches, so you can determine what areas of the cooking surface are hotter or cooler. And when it comes time to clean up the grill, there is a grease trough and stainless steel drawer to help get rid of the excess waste and keep you counter tops from getting soiled in the process.
