Star 615MF Description
The Star 615MF gas griddle is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel—a durable material that can be wiped clean. Its 1-inch-thick plate withstands repeated heating and cooling without warping, making it ideal for high-volume applications. To ensure safe and comfortable usage, the bull-nose front remains cool to the touch when cooking at high temperatures.
To ease cleanup, the Star 615MF Star-Max® griddle is equipped with a grease trough that collects runoff and empties it into a 4 1⁄2-quart drawer. To contain messes, it is designed with a back and side splash guard, and the legs of this unit can be adjusted to accommodate different operator preferences.
