Star 615FF Description
The Star 615FF Star-Max® countertop fryer has a 15-pound, nickel-plated tank with front access to the drain, and it can make 28 pounds of french fries in an hour. Since this unit has high-power, in-shot burners, it uniformly disperses heat and can preheat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit in 14 minutes. Operating at a set temperature between 200 and 375 degrees Fahrenheit, the snap-action thermostat provides quick response times when temperatures change.
Since this Star 615FF countertop fryer comes with twin baskets, users can prepare two different products in one batch. Basket holders on the sides enable oil to drain when the baskets are removed. Constructed of chrome-plated steel mesh, the baskets are durable and prevent product from breaking apart in the fryer and oil.
