Star Manufacturing's twin pot electric deep fryer fries up to 50-pounds of french fries per hour with a powerful 9200 watts of heat. features a high quality 15-pound kettle that removes easily for fast cleaning. Independent temperature control for each kettle means that you can cook a variety of fried foods to perfection without having to wait, keeping you and your patrons happy. The immersion type tubular heating elements are fantastic for promoting even frying of foods and easy cleaning. This twin pot commercial deep fryer has a unique snap-action thermostat that responds quickly to temperature changes and has a temperature range of 200- 375 degrees. The high limit safety thermostat, illuminated indicator lights and off on-off switch ensure safety and ease of operation.
