This Economy model Star-Max 530TED twin pot electric countertop fryer brings all the cooking capabilities of a full size fryer in a more convenient size.  This compact 30 lb fryer requires only 2 feet of counter space and operates on 208 or 240 volts. With a snap-action thermostat that ranges from 200 to 375 degrees and immersion tubular heating elements that provide even heat distribution; this fryer easily accommodates any of today’s favorite menu items.  From chicken and fish to fries and onion rings, the 530TED allows you to provide all your patrons with their favorite fried foods.

The twin pots offer tremendous cooking flexibility by allowing food to fry simultaneously without any taste transfer. Now you can fry fish and fries at once, and not end up with fishy tasting fries.
