Star's Star-Max® griddle is constructed with a thick, 1" polished steel covered with chrome stainless steel that quickly and evenly distributes heat to cook your food, while also reducing the amount of cleaning and maintenance time. This 24-inch griddle's stainless steel control panel with black trim, stainless steel front with knob protection, and adjustable die-case legs offer years of outstanding performance.
