This 24" long griddle's compact size will take care of your low demand cooking needs, while saving you valuable counter space and energy costs. The 1" thick non-porous chrome griddle plate provides even heat distribution for superior cooking performance without transferring food flavors. A throttling thermostat inserted into the griddle plate adjusts from 150 to 450 degrees F, providing a quick response to surface temperature change. A 4000 watt heating element every 12" of cooking surface allows for quick recovery time. Safely access the heavy-duty metal temperature controls attached to this griddle's cool-to-touch stainless steel front. For carefree cleanup, the sealed chromium surface wipes clean easily and the grease trough removes easily. Features:
