Star 524CHSF Description
The 1-inch thick polished chrome plate of the Star 524CHSF electric griddle provides even heat distribution across the cooking surface, and to ensure durability, the stainless steel exterior is resistant to corrosion and eases cleaning. Quickly adjusting the surface temperature between 150 and 459 degrees Fahrenheit, the griddle is designed with a snap-action thermostat.
The Star 524CHSF Star-Max® griddle has heavy-duty thermostatic control knobs to enable cooking at precise temperatures, while its bull-nose front protects the operator from burns and provides a comfortable work zone. For streamlined cleanup, grease runoff drains into a 4 1⁄2 quart drawer.
