Chrome-Max griddles feature a 3/4" steel plate with a hard chrome surface providing superior cooking performance and even heat distribution. The highly polished chrome surface reflects heat inward reducing radiant heat, lowering energy cost up to 30% and keeps the kitchen cooler. The easy to clean chromium surface of this 24" chrome griddle reduces labor costs up to 50% by sealing the surface and eliminating food build-up. The non-porous chrome surface eliminates food taste transfer improving cooking performance. The snap-action thermostatic control with a temperature range from 150 to 450 degrees provides quick response to surface temperature change. A 4000 watt element every 12" of cooking surface eliminates hot spots and allows for fast recovery. The spatula wide 3-1/4" grease trough, grease chute and 4-1/2"high tapered splash guard for easy clean up. The stainless steel, 4-1/2" high tapered splash guard provides maximum protection against grease and spills. The large 4-1/2 quart stainless steel grease drawer is standard and the heavy-duty 4" legs adjust to match the height of other Star-Max equipment in your line.

Chrome-Max electric griddles are covered by Star's one year parts and labor warranty from Star Manufacturing. In addition, the Chrome surface has a limited five year warranty.
