Star 214HX Description
The Star 214HX Miniveyor® conveyor oven can cook (31) 9-inch-diameter pizzas per hour, and to evenly heat product, infrared quartz heating elements are located above and below the 31-inch by 14-inch conveyor belt. To keep the belt cool and protect its integral components, the unit operates with a forced convection system.
The chamber openings on the Star 214HX conveyor oven are adjustable from 1 1⁄2 inches to 3 inches to accommodate different products. On each end of the belt, extenders provide a place for loading and unloading pizzas, and using analog controls, operators can regulate the speed and top and bottom heat. Stackable with one other unit, this oven increases production without taking up additional counter space.
