Star 214HX Description

The Star 214HX Miniveyor® conveyor oven can cook (31) 9-inch-diameter pizzas in an hour, and the quartz heating elements are placed above and below the belt for quick and even heating. A forced convection system circulates preheated air in the toasting chamber while keeping the belt cool to the touch. Its analog control system enables operators to adjust the top and bottom heat level and belt speed.

Adjustable from 1 1⁄2 inches to 3 inches, the openings in the chamber accommodate pizzas, sandwiches, and other types of products. Extenders on each side ensure convenient loading and unloading, and these pieces are removable to facilitate cleaning. The Star 214HX conveyor oven is elevated off the counter with 2 1⁄2-inch legs, so staff can clean under the unit.
