Lincoln 2502-4/1346 Description
The Lincoln 2502-4/1346 Impinger® countertop conveyor oven uses impingement to force hot streams of air into products, ensuring they cook quickly and evenly. This oven's heat can be adjusted to a level from 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Because it's operated with digital controls and features preset menu buttons, this oven is simple to manage.
This Lincoln 2502-4/1346 conveyor oven has a 16-inch-wide by 50-inch-long belt for cooking medium and large pies in a medium-volume facility. Its conveyor is made of flexible stainless steel and can be removed from the oven's interior when it must be cleaned. For a reduced noise level, this oven bakes slowly.
