The impinger conveyor oven has one self contained heating system. The oven controls are located on the front of the oven and include a power on-off switch, temperature control, and conveyor speed control.

For an easy to clean professional look, the exterior is fabricated from # 4 finish stainless steel and the 50" non-stick conveyor belt is a flexible stainless steel design with a capacity for 16" wide foods.
