Lincoln Foodservice 1301/1353 Description

In Lincoln impinger countertop oven your food is surrounded with small pressurized jets of hot air to allow for rapid heating and cooking. Depending on the food product cooked it can be finished up to two or four times faster than conventional ovens. The variable speed conveyor continuously moves products through the oven improving flow during cooking and reducing labor. Eliminating the need for constant tending of your foods, product movement by conveyor is a definite advantage in safety. The Lincoln impinger conveyor oven is designed for countertop use and is stackable up to two high providing you with even more flexibility and convenience. The exterior of this conveyor oven is made from a No.4 finish stainless steel constructed for lasting durability.

With both warming and cooking functions make this your go to machine for fast conveyor style preparation.
