Master-Bilt IHC-27 Description
Supporting (20) 3-gallon cans in its urethane-insulated interior, the Master-Bilt IHC-27 IHC ice cream hardening and holding cabinet measures 31 inches wide by 36 inches deep by 82 inches high. The self-contained, top-mounted compressor uses R290 refrigerant to sustain temperatures from -30 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit, while a forced-air system moves chilled air across four epoxy-coated wire shelves to ensure uniform coverage. Combining an anodized aluminum interior with a stainless steel exterior, its adjustable body resists pitting and denting. To restrict thermal loss during restocking, the cabinet includes a self-closing outer door and two staggered inner doors with magnetic catches.
