Framed with a stainless steel serving deck, the Master-Bilt DD-88L DD-L ice cream dipping cabinet positions product beneath a double-pane glass viewing window and acrylic lids to block airborne contaminants. Integrated leveling legs distribute weight evenly by adapting to surface variation. With electronic controls for calibrated adjustment, the R290-powered cold wall system works with urethane insulation to preserve ice cream between -5 and 5 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Master-Bilt DD-88L dipping cabinet's switch-operated LED lighting brightens the interior to showcase colorful flavors, while a built-in drain removes excess condensate and runoff after service. Featuring an upper display area and lower storage space, this white galvanized steel unit measures 90 1⁄4 inches wide by 27 1⁄2 inches deep by 50 inches high and holds (28) 3-gallon cans.

Hesitant to buy Masterbilt again, their units break down within the month we bought it in. Been trying to get it serviced and fixed, but they just send you to service agents to patch the issue
