Master-Bilt DD-66LCG Description

The Master-Bilt DD-66LCG ice cream dipping and display cabinet comes with a white textured finish. To ensure product visibility, this unit is constructed with a tempered, double-pane viewing glass and side panels. This unit can display (12) 3-gallon tubs and hold (8) 3-gallon tubs in storage—all supported with epoxy-coated racks. The serving deck is made of stainless steel for simple cleaning at the end of the day, and the LED interior light illuminates the whole cabinet. A front grille is not needed because this unit takes in and puts out air from the rear.

The drain at the bottom of the Master-Bilt DD-66LCG WH cabinet has a garden hose connector to ease cleaning. While there is no requirement for clearance on the sides of the ice cream dipping and display cabinet, the back, front, and top must have room to be opened for operator and customer access. This heavy-duty unit is built with a self-sufficient refrigeration system that uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to hold conditions between -5 and 5 degrees Fahrenheit. The walls and floor are foamed in with urethane for temperature retention. Through use, this unit can furnish most floor plans with its leveling legs.
