Dynamic's SMX600E has been designed to work in containers holding up to 200 litres (50 gallons). Often utilized in manufacturing facilities which require the mixing of products in large quantities. This mixer allows you to blend puree, mix and emulsify directly in the cooking pot. Indispensable for the preparation of soups, salad dressings, gravy, sauces, mayonnaise, refried beans, batters, and many other products. Ideal for pureeing many types of cooked vegetables or similar products. For nurseries or special diets : puree of vegetables lightly pulverzed, porridge, raw carrots puree, fruits, cream, etc...
