With a manual handle, gear system that is extremely strong and a spinner that is sanitation certified, the Dynamic manual salad spinner is the perfect way to quickly dry salad ingredients without damaging them! With a (5) gallon capacity, this commercial manual salad spinner can dry up to (8) heads of lettuce at one time. This Dynamic manual salad spinner has a sealed cover to prevent splashing and should you wish to stop the basket from the spinning before the unit is completely stopped, lift the entire lid from the spinner and stop the inside basket. This method will not cause damage to your unit.
