Dynamic MX91 Description

The Dynamic one speed immersion blender will mix, puree, and emulsify up to 25 gallons of liquid making it perfect for making soups, cream sauces, and even chopping salads. This one speed immersion blender has an all stainless steel shaft making it incredibly durable. Because it is double insulation this immersion blender will not transfer temperatures so that you can use it hot or cold liquids comfortably. The titanium plated blade can mix through anything and will last you for years to come without corroding or wearing down. The safety switch allows you to work with a variety foods safely and stop the mixing process quickly. Tasty cream soups can be prepared directly in the cooking pot, as well as many dishes such as fish soup, bread and cheese soup, spinach, mashed potatoes, chopped salads or cabbages pancake mixture, sauces, mayonnaise, cod brandade and so on.
