Multi-Function Food Prep System - MFFPS

Features

  • New concept : one motor with interchangeable accessories.
  • A 5 litre stainless steel bowl, with 2 blades inverted for efficiency.
  • The bowl has a watertight cover, and since it has no central well, it can easily be used for all food preparation and maximum capacity.
  • Slicing discs are double-bladed for more efficiency.
  • Also available dicing kit and julienne disc.
  • BM 2000 Motor block
  • Choice of standard or serrated blade
  • The VS attachment comes with 2 shredding discs (2&3 mm, 5/64"&1/8"), 2 slicing discs (2&3 mm, 5/64"&1/8") and 1 ejector disc.

Multi-Function Food Prep System, 6-1/2 gallon, includes: (1) BM 2000 motor block 460 watts with variable speed, (1) stainless steel bowl with cover and blade, (1) VS TOP, (2) slicing discs (5/64" & 1/8"), (2) shredding discs (5/64" & 1/8") , and (1) ejector blade, 1500 RPM max.
