Master Mixer - MFAP2000, Three Function Mixer

Dymanic's MFAP2000 will mix, blend, puree or emulsify directly in the pot. For the preparation of soups, salad dressings, gravy, pizza sauces, pasta sauces, mayonnaise, refried beans, salsa and various batters For various institutions (hospitals, daycare centers, etc...) to puree vegetables such as carrots, celery, fruit.

Can easily whisk 2-50 egg whites in just a few minutes in various speeds in order to achieve desired consistency. Ideal for glazes, almond pastes, souffles, meringues, mayonnaise, cream sauces and various batters.

Food Mill / Ricer attachment : To puree steamed vegetables and to mash your potatoes. A smooth puree can easily be made from whole potatoes directly in the pot to avoid transferring contents. Also, as well as easily mashing potatoes, you may puree the following products : carrots, tomatoes, chick peas, apples, peaches, pears, turnips, bananas, all berries for sorbets and various desserts. Excellent tool for homogenization of dehydrated fruit and vegetables. During the procedure, it will stir your preparations without reducing content and will avoid any spillage.
