Mini Hand Mixer - MD95E w/ Emulsifying Blade

Small and light but very powerful, the MD 95 is ideal for preparing small quantities of soups, sauces and mayonaise. It can also have excellent results on bread soup, fish soup, panades (thick soup reduced to puree), sauces and pancake mixtures. Emulsifies and aerates products. Ideal for dairy and pastry products.
