The Scotsman CU1526SA-1 Prodigy® undercounter ice machine can generate 150 pounds of half-cube ice each day; this amount depends on ambient air and incoming water temperatures, resulting in less ice with higher temperature levels. When an ice cube forms, it measures 7⁄8 inch by 7⁄8 inch by 3⁄8 inch—the perfect size for any soft drink application. The front air intake and exhaust facilitate placing the machine next to walls or other equipment, and the compact design makes installation flexible.

Designed with an AutoAlert™ panel, this Scotsman CU1526SA-1 undercounter ice maker displays a diagnostic code if a mechanical issue occurs, streamlining troubleshooting. It can also tell when descaling or sanitizing is needed and shows the operating status of the machine. Between cleanings, the WaterSense adaptive purge control reduces scale buildup, while the air filter can be removed and mounted in the front for quick cleaning. The top panel, storage bin, and door can all be detached, providing access to the internal components.
