Depending on ambient conditions, the Scotsman MC0330SAX-1/B330P Prodigy ELITE® head and ice bin can produce 365 pounds of ice in 24 hours and can store 344 pounds of ice. Perfect for restaurants and bars, the ice head makes 3⁄8-inch by 7⁄8-inch by 7⁄8-inch half-cube ice, which is more versatile than full-cube ice. These cubes are created when water runs over the evaporator grid as refrigerant cools it, and once frozen, the Harvest Assist feature uses a pin to push cubes out of the grid and into the bin.
Antimicrobial protection on the ice maker's internal surfaces reduces the growth of mold and harmful bacteria, and the WaterSense purge rinses the unit periodically to remove mineral buildup. To save time and labor, the cleaning cycle runs with the touch of a button. AutoAlert™ indicator lights on the front show the operating status and cleaning schedules. Available to use with the ice maker, the ICELINQ® mobile app connects users to step-by-step guided cleaning, control options, and the machine dashboard, promoting efficient operation and intuitive servicing. For speedy repairs, each unit has a unique QR code that links operators to service and warranty information.
The Scotsman MC0330SAX-1/B330P head and bin combination has a small footprint, measuring 30.7 inches wide by 34 inches deep. Removable without tools, the baffle ensures ice gets into the bin safely. Interior surfaces of the bin are polyethylene, so they are quick to wipe down. An internal holder keeps the scoop over the ice line, and the door opens with ease since it is spring loaded. Both the bin and head have a corrosion-resistant metallic construction.

Review this product!
The worst design ever, very difficult to maintain
I would under no circumstances buy this machine again. Incredibly difficult to clean and maintain. Once cleaned and reassembled about 2 1/2 hours it may or may not make ice, it might need to be adjusted several times. Ridiculous waste of time.
