The Scotsman N0422A-1A ice maker produces up to 420 pounds of nugget ice per day and offers the top in the technology Scotsman has developed in the time since it produced its first ice machine in 1950. That small, chewable nugget ice has been shown to greatly increase impulse beverage sales and is also popular for therapeutic use at healthcare facilities, as well as for keeping salad bar selections safely cool. This commercial ice maker's Prodigy technology makes it especially efficient, using up to 50 percent less water and 15 percent less energy. Its intelligent control system lets you know the power is on, gives you advanced notice for servicing issues, and even reminds you to clean! It also has an easily-removed front panel that makes maintenance easy and a reusable air filter. Its durable stainless steel finish is corrosion resistant, easy to clean, and durable. Please note that this is a head-only unit and will need to be used in conjunction with a sold-separately bin.
