Scotsman F0822A-1 23" Prodigy Plus® Flake Ice Machine Head - 800 lb/24 hr, Air Cooled, 115v

If ambient air and incoming water are at ideal levels, the Scotsman F0822A-1 Prodigy Plus® ice machine head produces 800 pounds of flake ice per day. Flake ice can be used anywhere, but it is most commonly used to present seafood and produce or to cool drinks in healthcare settings. The unit's air-cooled design facilitates installation since it does not require large amounts of water for cooling, but it will require a clearance for air intake and exhaust.

For environmental purposes, this Scotsman F0822A-1 ice maker uses R404A refrigerant, and it has a small operational footprint. Featuring an antimicrobial-protected interior and an air filter located on the self-aligning front panel, this stainless steel equipment can be quickly wiped down at the end of the day. To remove guess work, a visible indicator light alerts operators when the unit needs to be cleaned or serviced.

Note: This unit must be paired with an ice maker bin or ice dispenser.
