The Scotsman F0522A-1 head-only ice maker produces up to 450 pounds of flake ice per 24-hour cycle, making it perfect for grocery stores with iced produce or deli sections and healthcare facilities. This Prodigy™ head unit has alert lights to let you know when the power is on, if water flow is low, and if cleaning is needed. The Prodigy system also provides substantial savings on water and energy costs, ensures sanitary protection for the purest ice possible, and allows for easy servicing. Please note that this is only the air-cooled head unit; you will need to purchase a bin separately or mount it on one you already have.
