Scotsman CU2026SA-1 Description
Producing as much as 218 pounds in 24 hours, the Scotsman CU2026SA-1 Prodigy® undercounter ice maker can be used in restaurants and bars. It makes half-cube ice, popularly used in cocktails and mixed drinks. The ice cubes measure 3⁄8 inch by 7⁄8 inch by 7⁄8 inch and fall into an 80-pound-capacity storage bin. An ice scoop is included for convenient ice retrieval.
The AutoAlert™ control panel on the Scotsman CU2026SA-1 undercounter ice machine provides the operating status, diagnostic information, and gives cleaning reminders. Between cleanings, WaterSense purge control eliminates scale buildup in the food zone—the area containing parts that contact ice and water. The top panel, storage bin, and door are removable, ensuring the components are accessible.
