Hatco S-7 Description
Commercial kitchens use the Hatco S-7 Imperial booster water heater to augment dishwashers that see lots of dinnerware turnover and many wash cycles. The heater raises water temperature to the industry standard 180 degrees Fahrenheit, killing bacteria and other contaminants for proper sanitization. Its hourly recovery rate is 70 gallons at a rise of 40 degrees Fahrenheit and 40 gallons at a rise of 70 degrees Fahrenheit. The tank is lined with Castone®, a rock material which counteracts corrosion, scale, and mineral buildup.
The Hatco S-7 commercial dishwasher heater has added durability from its hammertone finish and the stainless steel front, which opens to facilitate interior maintenance. Fiberglass insulation and a piping heat trap keep water hot in the tank, sparing energy wasted on continuous heating. To expedite setup, the heater comes pre-plumbed and pre-wired from the factory.
