Hatco S-7 Description
The Hatco S-7 Imperial commercial booster heater is ideal for kitchens that send lots of dinnerware through the dishwasher and need adequate water-sanitizing power. This heater meets that need, raising rinse water temperature to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, which is necessary for removing bacteria and other contaminants. Its hourly recovery rate is 70 gallons at a 40-degree-Fahrenheit rise and 40 gallons at a 70-degree-Fahrenheit rise. Its tank is lined with cement-like Castone®, which prevents corrosion and resists limescale buildup.
Designed for heavy use, the body has a powder-coated hammertone finish and a stainless steel front panel that opens so maintenance workers can access the interior components. The Hatco S-7 booster water heater comes factory pre-wired and pre-plumbed for expedited installation. The tank is insulated with fiberglass and uses a heat trap to retain heat and decrease energy costs.
