Model 042-PMG60   58,000 BTU/HR The Hatco Powermite PMG-60 Gas Booster Water Heater provides dependability and functionality for your food service business. This PMG-60 commercial water heater is best used for a single tank, door type dishwashing operation. Hatco booster heaters provide 180 degree Fahrenheit hot water to sanitize your kitchen products. This efficiently designed water heater will fit perfectly under the dish-table or near the dishwasher, to minimize the heat loss that tends to occur when commercial heaters are installed in other isolated locations. This Hatco booster heater has a 58,000 BTU heating capacity and a 3.2 gallon storage capacity to meet all your dishwashing needs. This unit can vent safely into any room, however local venting codes should be consulted and followed. The stainless steel tank, front, and top minimize cleaning and maintenance time by reducing the amount of dents and scratches to your unit. The sides and back of this commercial heater are powder-coated, but are also available in stainless steel for an additional cost upon request. The PMG-60 features eight blade type burners, a finned tube copper heat exchanger, and spark to light standing pilot light. The easy-to-read temperature/pressure relief valve and low-water cut-off valve are easily accessible. This Powermite water heater comes standard with a pressure reducing valve, which automatically cuts off the flow of water at a certain pressure. Hatco provides a 1-year warranty on all parts and labor. These American made products are warranted to be free from defects in both materials and workmanship. The PMG-60 Gas Booster Water Heater also features a 5-year warranty on the optional stainless steel tank. This Hatco product is also known in the food service industry as model numbers 042-PMG60, HAT-PMG60, or PMG-60.   Water Quality Requirements Incoming water in excess of 3.0 grains of hardness per gallon (GPG) (.75 grains of hardness per liter) must be treated and softened before being supplied to booster heater(s). Water containing over 3.0 GPG (.75 GPL) will decrease the efficiency and reduce the operating life of the unit. For items shipping from our warehouse in Tennessee we are required to collect sales tax for orders shipped to or billed to addresses within Tennessee.  For Hatco items shipping direct from the Hatco warehouse we are required to collect sales tax for orders shipped to California, Florida, Louisiana, Michigan or Wisconsin.  Sales tax will show on your online invoice on only the Tennessee addresses and will be added before your credit card is charged for the other states.
