Hatco LFST-48-1X Description
For high-volume holding without occupying a large footprint, the Hatco LFST-48-1X Flav-R-Savor® hot food display measures 48 13⁄16 inches wide by 25 7⁄20 inches deep by 30 inches high. Its multipurpose rack includes three shelves that can be adjusted in 2-inch increments and accommodate 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans. To merchandise changing inventory effectively, these shelves can be displayed horizontally or at a slant. While tempered glass panels provide a full view into the case, shatterproof incandescent bulbs lighten the interior. This unit comes in black to complement established decors in cafeterias, delis, and convenience stores, and operators can display signage on its four sign holders to advertise displayed contents.
As holding requirements change, operators can modify temperatures with the Hatco LFST-48-1X food display case countertop unit's temperature selector dial. Left and right heaters circulate heat evenly throughout the cabinet, eliminating cold spots that could affect food quality. When the two rear doors are opened, its high airflow rate recovers temperatures quickly, saving energy and reducing lag times; these doors also self-close to minimize heat loss. Together, the heaters and airflow create a safe long-term holding environment for prepared boxed or wrapped items.
