Hatco HWBRT-4QTD Description
For back-of-house applications, the Hatco HWBRT-4QTD drop-in heated well features a utilitarian stainless and aluminized steel housing. This corrosion-resistant metal accommodates a 4-quart inset and can simply be wiped clean between uses. Because it's a top-mount, drop-in unit, it can be installed in a countertop cutout between 7 1⁄8 and 7 9⁄16 inches in diameter for a seamless, cohesive presentation. Its control panel is attached to 36-inch-long lead cords that enable remote installation, while EZ locking hardware simplifies setup.
As menus change, users can adjust the Hatco HWBRT-4QTD soup warmer's thermostatic control to a safe serving temperature. The thermostat reinforces preset temperatures by gauging actual product temperature during holding and increasing or lowering heat to prevent fluctuations. To monitor power status, the control panel includes a power switch that illuminates when the unit is on. After wet use, water can be expelled from the 3⁄4-inch drain.
