Hatco HWBRT-4QTD Description
This Hatco HWBRT-4QTD drop-in soup warmer can be incorporated into specific steam table setups. With its sleek stainless and aluminized steel housing and drop-in, top-mount design, this unit has a streamlined look that matches other steam table equipment. It can be installed into a countertop cutout between 7 1⁄8 and 7 9⁄16 inches in diameter with the help of included EZ locking hardware. Its control panel, which includes a thermostat and illuminated power switch, is connected to 36-inch leads and can be remotely installed into a 2 1⁄8-inch-wide by 3 3⁄8-inch-high cutout.
Warmed with a metal-sheathed heating element, the Hatco HWBRT-4QTD heated well can keep 4 quarts of prepared soup, stew, chili, curry, broth, or sauce at safe serving temperatures. Because it's not insulated, this unit is best suited to warm settings for minimized heat loss. Users can preset temperatures on the thermostatic control, and to minimize fluctuations, the thermostat increases or decreases actual heat as necessary. After wet operation, water can be removed through its 3⁄4-inch drain.
