Hatco HWBRN-7QT Description
The Hatco HWBRN-7QT drop-in, top-mount heated soup warmer can be incorporated into a fabricator's specific steam table vision. This 10 5⁄16-inch-diameter by 9 3⁄5-inch-high unit includes EZ locking hardware to simplify installation into a countertop cutout between 9.13 and 9 9⁄16 inches in diameter. To withstand daily use and fit most themes, it's made of corrosion-, dent-, warp-, and bend-resistant stainless and aluminized steel.
Operators can set and adjust the Hatco HWBRN-7QT heated well's infinite control switch as menus change, and its metal-sheathed heating element generates enough heat to hold 7 quarts of soup, stew, or sauce at safe serving temperatures for hours. This 2 3⁄4-inch-wide by 4-inch-high control panel can be installed into a remote 2 1⁄8-inch-wide by 3 3⁄8-inch-high cutout since it's connected to 36-inch-long lead cords. Because the conduit and control box aren't enclosed, they're accessible for maintenance.
