The Hatco HWBI-4D drop-in hot food well accommodates four full-size pans in buffet lines and modular steam table configurations. Constructed of stainless steel and aluminized steel, its insulated wells help maintain stable internal temperatures while reducing heat transfer to surrounding surfaces, and the top-mounted configuration integrates into countertop installations for a streamlined layout. The unit operates in wet or dry modes to suit a range of menu items, while a remote thermostat with a separate power switch provides controlled adjustments. Its thermostatic system monitors well temperatures.
