Hatco HWBHRT-11QTD Description
For installation into specifically designed steam tables, this Hatco HWBHRT-11QTD heated well measures 12 5⁄16 inches in diameter by 9 59⁄100 inches high and can be installed in a countertop cutout between 11 1⁄8 and 11 9⁄16 inches in diameter. Included EZ locking hardware expedites and simplifies installation. Its stainless and aluminized steel housing complements other equipment and retains its original look through repeated use because it resists denting, warping, and corroding. A 3⁄4-inch NPT drain built into its base expels residual water after wet operation.
The Hatco HWBHRT-11QTD circular soup warmer can hold 11 quarts of soup, chili, stew, curry, and sauce. Its metal-sheathed heating element generates ample heat to warm contents for extended periods. Users can preset temperatures on the remote thermostatic control's dial, and the thermostat maintains temperatures by monitoring actual temperatures and raising or lowering them as needed. Operators can gauge when the unit is in use when the on/off rocker switch is illuminated. This 2 3⁄4-inch-wide by 4-inch-high control panel can be installed in a 2 1⁄8-inch-wide by 3 3⁄8-inch-high cutout, and because it's attached to 36-inch lead cords, it can be installed remotely from the warmer.
