Hatco HWBHIB-FUL Description
The Hatco HWBHIB-FUL drop-in hot food well is built to accommodate one full-size pan in buffet lines and food bar stations, supporting extended holding of heated foods throughout service. An insulated rectangular well helps retain internal heat and reduce transfer to surrounding surfaces, while the bottom-mounted configuration fits into built-in countertop installations. The unit supports both wet and dry operation for menu flexibility, and a remote thermostat with a separate power switch provides controlled temperature adjustments.
