Hatco HDW-4 Description
With its four holding drawers, this Hatco HDW-4 freestanding drawer warmer prevents flavor transfer and enables prepared foods to be held at appropriate serving temperatures. Each holding compartment includes a control panel with a recessed thermostatic control and temperature monitor, meaning users can monitor heat as menus change. To manage moisture levels and airflow, each drawer has a correlating slide vent that can be adjusted, and the drawers' tops, sides, and bases are fully insulated to save energy in cool back-of-house settings.
Ideal for holding rolls, meats, and vegetables, the Hatco HDW-4 drawer warmer's drawers each accommodate a 20 3⁄4-inch by 12 3⁄4-inch by 6-inch food pan—four of which are included with this unit. Because they're furnished with heavy-duty drawer slides and nylon rollers, these drawers withstand repeated opening and closing and can extend fully for pan retrieval and loading. This freestanding model measures 29 1⁄2 inches wide by 23 7⁄8 inches deep by 47 3⁄8 inches high and is mounted on 6-inch legs so employees can clean beneath it. To endure demanding kitchen settings, its exterior and interior are made of stainless steel—a resilient, corrosion- and rust-resistant metal that can be wiped clean.
