Hatco HDW-3B Description
Prepared foods can be held at precise temperatures in the Hatco HDW-3B built-in drawer warmer's three drawers. Each drawer has a correlating control panel with a power switch, thermostatic control, and temperature monitor, so operators can modify heat as menus change and monitor the temperature during holding. Users can adjust the sliding vents to raise moisture levels for foods prone to drying out, such as hamburgers and chicken. To preserve heat in cool settings, the drawers' tops, sides, and bases are insulated.
Ideal for compact kitchens, this Hatco HDW-3B drawer warmer can be installed in a 28 3⁄8-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep by 30 3⁄4-inch-high wall cutout. Each drawer is mounted on drawer slides with nylon rollers for smooth opening and closing, and because these drawers can extend fully, operators can load and retrieve full-size 6-inch-deep pans with ease. The unit's exterior, interior, and assembly are made of stainless steel—a resilient, rust- and corrosion-resistant metal that's simple to wipe clean. Each drawer includes a 20 3⁄4-inch-wide by 12 3⁄4-inch-deep by 6-inch-high pan.
