Hatco HDW-3B Description
This Hatco HDW-3B built-in drawer warmer is divided into three drawers to prevent flavor transfer and ensure contents are held at appropriate temperatures. Each drawer has a correlating thermostatic control so various foods can be held at safe serving temperatures, and these controls also include a temperature monitor that provides an accurate temperature readout. Operators can increase air circulation and manage moisture levels by adjusting the drawers' sliding vents. To preserve generated heat, the drawers' tops, sides, and bases are insulated.
Each stainless steel drawer in the Hatco HDW-3B built-in drawer warmer is mounted on stainless steel drawer slides and nylon rollers and includes a 20 3⁄4-inch-wide by 12 3⁄4-inch-deep by 6-inch-high food pan. Because the drawers can be pulled out fully, pan loading and retrieval are simple. To save floorspace, this 29 1⁄4-inch-wide by 24 4⁄5-inch-deep by 31 3⁄20-inch-high unit can be installed into a 28 3⁄8-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep by 30 3⁄4-inch wall cutout. Its stainless steel exterior, interior, and assembly resist rust and corrosion, endure frequent commercial use, and can be wiped clean.
