Hatco HDW-2R2 Description
Because the Hatco HDW-2R2 drawer warmer has four individually controlled drawers, it can accommodate different kinds of food in each section. The four thermostats ensure accurate temperatures. Users can increase airflow and release moisture with the adjustable vents, ensuring foods stay crisp. Half-size sheet pans or the included drawer pans can fit into the drawers and catch food particles, so cleaning is simple. The recessed controls reduce accumulations of falling dust, and the 4-inch legs leave space under the unit for cleaning spills.
