Hatco HDW-2N Description
The Hatco HDW-2N warming unit is a narrow freestanding model. It features two drawers and measures 20 7⁄8 inches wide by 28 1⁄4 inches deep by 25 1⁄8 inches high overall. Each drawer is equipped with adjustable sliding vents to release excess moisture and prevent food from becoming soggy, and to withstand frequent opening and closing, these drawers are situated on heavy-duty slides with nylon rollers.
Corrosion resistant and long lasting, the Hatco HDW-2N drawer warmer is made of durable, easy-to-clean stainless steel. It's fully insulated to preserve heat and hold food at ideal temperatures for extended periods, and to reduce the risk of damage or unwanted temperature adjustment, its thermostatic control panels are recessed. This warmer is mounted on 4-inch legs to ease cleaning underneath the unit.
