Hatco HDW-2BN Description
A narrow model designed for built-in installation, the Hatco HDW-2BN drawer warmer measures 19 47⁄100 inches wide by 27 97⁄100 inches deep by 21 1⁄25 inches high. It features two drawers that each accept one standard 6-inch-deep food pan, and the pans are included. Each drawer's temperature can be adjusted individually with thermostatic controls, and o prevent inadvertent adjustment or damage, the control panels are recessed.
The Hatco HDW-2BN warming drawer is made of strong, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It's fully insulated to preserve heat, while its adjustable sliding vents release excess moisture. The drawers are situated on heavy-duty slides with nylon rollers to withstand repeated opening and closing. This unit is ideal for holding bulk batches of rolls, vegetables, and meats at safe temperatures before serving.
